Now Hiring: Full-Time Hospice RN.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Location: VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove.

Are you a compassionate, skilled nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families? VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team full-time.

In this vital role, you will oversee a primary caseload of hospice patients, providing skilled, compassionate care that supports both patients and their caregivers. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, individualized care is delivered with dignity and respect.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide expert symptom management and end-of-life care.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document thoroughly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and on-call rotation as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (required).
• 1+ year of nursing experience (hospice, home health, critical care preferred).
• Strong understanding of hospice philosophy and palliative care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification.
