Job summary

Advantage is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Team in Pottsville, PA. The RN will provide skilled nursing care at patients' homes or in a hospice facility, assess needs, create care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor symptoms, and educate families about end-of-life care.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in the practicing state and strong communication skills, with at least 1 year in hospice or palliative care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice or eligibility to take NCLEX (new grads).
• Minimum 1 year of hospice, palliative care, or related field experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
