Job summary

Heart to Heart Hospice seeks an Area Sales Director to lead regional sales initiatives across Evansville, Jasper, Terre Haute, Bloomington and Indianapolis. You will guide EDs and regional teams, drive revenue, and manage community education representatives with a focus on compliant, ethical practices.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of sales management experience in healthcare, excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple sites and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales management.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven record of developing sales and growth with teams.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Benefit is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional and program-specific sales plans.
• Direct accountability for revenue, admissions growth and ADC.
• Train, coach and manage EDs as Sales Managers for community teams.
• Oversee recruitment, training and evaluation of Community Education Representatives.
• Interact with customers with integrity and professionalism.
• Monitor revenue and growth through territory management.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
