Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking a Hospice Regional Administrator to shape operational, clinical, and cultural success across multiple hospice branches. You will partner with the Regional Director of Operations to guide branch leaders, improve performance, and strengthen the patient and family experience in line with VitalCaring's core values.

In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring teams are equipped, supported, and aligned with VitalCaring standards.

Qualifications

• RN preferred and active licensure in the assigned state.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice or home health leadership experience; Branch Administrator experience strongly preferred.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of hospice regulations, standards of practice, and agency operations.
• Ability to review performance data, identify trends, and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to hospice branches within the region.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and workload balance to support compliant, high‑quality patient care.
• Coach and mentor Branch Administrators and Directors to build high‑performing teams.
