Job summary

Compassus seeks a Hospice Clinical Liaison to promote our values and support referrals, aligning patient needs with hospice services. The role requires an RN license and 2–3 years of clinical experience, with preference for hospital or long‑term care background and some healthcare marketing exposure.

Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, educating patients and families, and building strong relationships with hospitals, facilities, and referral partners to ensure smooth care

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of related clinical experience required; hospital/long-term care experience preferred.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings, educational programs, and community events.
• Explain hospice services and benefits to patients and families.
• Coordinate admissions with hospital and referral sources.
• Ensure all forms are completed, signed, and submitted to Admissions.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with facilities and hospitals.
• Educate hospitals and facilities on general inpatient care purpose and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
