Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong computer and technology skills (including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to motivate and lead change management and performance improvement.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate QAPI activities for the local hospice branch.
• Perform quality monitoring, data collection, and analysis across HQRP components.
• Coordinate QA dashboards, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Lead or assist in RCA meetings and action plan follow-up.
• Liaise with senior management and central support on quality initiatives.
• Provide training recommendations based on data insights and program needs.
• Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting as required.
