Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse Program Director to oversee the Chicago Hospice Program, providing leadership for operations, growth, external market relationships, financial management, and quality care delivery.

The Director ensures regulatory compliance, Medicare/Medicaid adherence, and day-to-day governance of the local office, with weekly hours 8am-5pm and a defined service territory around Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forge strong connections with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and community partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred

Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice

Minimum of two years' experience in health care management, home health, hospice, or related health programs

Two years of hospice experience with Medicare/Medicaid knowledge

Operations and/or Sales Leadership experience

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with communities and staff

Experience in analyzing processes and change management
