Job summary

Varco Hospice is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional end-of-life care.

This PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling, travel across Houston and surrounding areas, and a supportive team committed to growth and meaningful patient impact.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification in good standing.
• At least 1 year hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong patient care skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care as a CNA in hospice settings.
• Travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas to patients' homes.
• Participate in patient care plans and IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Collaborate with hospice team to ensure quality care.
