Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC in the Houston area is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN shifts to support our growing hospice team. You will deliver hands-on patient care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain comfort and dignity in end-of-life care on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have an active Texas CNA certification, at least one year of hospice or home health experience, and the ability to travel across Houston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (in good standing).
• At least 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong patient care skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and comfort measures in hospice settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support IDG meetings and coordinate with the care team.
• Document patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
