Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC in the Houston area is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN shifts to deliver high-quality end-of-life care. You will provide hands-on personal care, monitor symptoms, and support patients and families in their homes or community settings.

Travel across Houston and surrounding areas is required, with in-person IDG meetings every two weeks. Ideal candidates hold an active Texas CNA license in good standing, have hospice or home health experience,

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification in good standing.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred (1 year).
• Ability to travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong patient care skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to hospice clients.
• Collaborate with IDG team to ensure quality end-of-life care.
• Support families and assist with routine caregiving tasks as needed.
