Job summary

Navian Hawaii, a local non‑profit hospice provider on Oahu, seeks a physician to join our mission‑driven team and provide compassionate care across home, facility, and inpatient settings.

You’ll complete CTIs, participate in IDG discussions, and support on‑call coverage, while upholding the highest standards of patient and family‑centered care in a community that values humane, ethical treatment.

Qualifications

• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred
• HPM board certification a plus
• Comfortable with independent clinical decision‑making and minimal day-to-day oversight
