Job summary

OnePoint Patient Care in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Pharmacy Fill Tech for a full-time, non-retail role within a hospice-focused pharmacy team. Responsibilities include accurately filling prescriptions, answering pharmacy phones, maintaining a tidy workspace, entering data into the system, and supporting workflow to ensure patient safety and timely service.

Monday–Friday 12:00pm–8:00pm, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician license as required by state.
• Familiarity with standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.
• Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business day.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently fill prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering pharmacy phones and promptly assisting colleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, and hospice personnel.
• Support efficient pharmacy workflow by maintaining high productivity levels and producing error-free work.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by keeping countertops and drug bay shelves tidy and orderly.
• Enter, access, and verify data in the pharmacy system to ensure accuracy and reliability of patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to overall pharmacy operations.
