Ohio’s Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to provide compassionate, in-home care for patients and families in the Dayton area.

This field-based role requires travel to patient homes and care facilities, with a 7pm-7:30am schedule at Dayton Hospice House IPU and coverage for Troy/Middletown IPUs as needed. You will work with preferred CHPNA certification, training provided, and must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and the ability to pass

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (preferred, but will train internally).
• CHPNA certification preferred; Ohio's Hospice supports growth toward certification.
• Proficient in documenting patient care in electronic medical records.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with safe driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Field-based role requiring travel to patient homes and care facilities throughout the service region.
• PRN night shift, 7pm–7:30am, at Dayton Hospice House IPU and as needed for Troy/Middletown Hospice House IPUs.
