Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care under nursing supervision.
• Takes vital signs and monitors patient condition.
• Records care activities and patient data.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Completes blood draws and specimen collection as directed.
• Assists with catheter care and urinary output documentation.
• Operates basic diagnostic and monitoring equipment.
• Supports patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Collaborates with health care team to implement care plans.
