Job summary

Gulfside Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Patient Care Services in Florida to assist the Director in overseeing the Clinical Services Department and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role focuses on leadership, compliance, and development of clinical staff across hospice operations. The position requires Florida RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and at least one year of leadership experience, with hospice experience and certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license is required.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in detailed review of processes related to mandated clinical regulatory compliance.
• Participate in departmental and/or corporate quality initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of current and proposed laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Support compliance monitoring of Gulfside Hospice operations.
• Provide guidance to staff regarding regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Review and provide feedback on clinical protocols.
• Participate in regulatory survey preparation and execution activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
