Job description

This hospital system is seeking a motivated physician to assist in developing and enhancing its Palliative Care program. The physician will collaborate with physician and administrative leaders to align program development and foster collaboration between inpatient and outpatient settings.

Position Highlights:

1. Lead the development of inpatient and outpatient collaborative models.
2. Work collaboratively with a team of Advanced Practice Providers and nurses.
3. Provide leadership and clinical oversight of the Ambulatory and Inpatient Palliative Care Teams.
4. Opportunity to work with medical students and residents.
5. Participate in initial consults and develop care plans with the team.
6. Build effective relationships with referring providers.
7. Board certification in palliative care is preferred.
