Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation Practice

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week: approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume

There are no weekend or night call obligations, and malpractice coverage (including tail) is paid for by the practice. With over 400,000 evaluations in 19 years, we have not had any malpractice inquiries or actions.

About Midwest Dysphagia Consultants:

Our mission is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit (pictured on our website).

We serve various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients. Requests for swallowing studies are routed through our office staff and are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours in 95% of cases, often on the same day depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure staff are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
