Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Healthcare marketing experience in hospice is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services and benefits.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate resource for patients and families during referral and admission.
• Document outreach activities and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Ensure messaging reflects our commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality care.
• Collaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth transitions for patients.
• Monitor community needs and identify opportunities to improve access to hospice care.
