Qualifications

• Active Missouri or Compact RN license.
• Hospice or home health leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills.
• Ability to manage teams and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the hospice program.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Lead and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Drive quality improvement and performance initiatives.
• Manage department performance, operations, and outcomes.
• Support growth and community awareness of hospice services.
• Build strong communication across teams, patients, and families.
