Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home nursing care to patients across ages in their residences. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles
