Job summary

Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to provide compassionate care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves taking calls, visiting patients at home or facilities, and coordinating with the daytime team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements include 1+ year hospice experience, an active RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility), and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also expected.

## Job DescriptionOverview Lead with Heart. Be the Difference. Deliver Compassionate Care After Hours. As an After Hours Hospice RN, you’ll respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—bringing peace of mind and compassionate care when it’s needed most. The schedule for this position is 7 days on, 7 days off. Must have previous hospice experience.
