Suncoast Hospice of Hillsborough, a member of Empath Health, seeks a caring and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist to work with us in Hillsborough County while providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities include evaluating participants, following up during treatment, supervising a COTA, and coordinating home modifications to support independence and safety. Join a mission-driven team delivering Full Life Care for All.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum.
• Minimum one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• For field-based positions, reliable transportation to perform tasks in a timely manner.
• Must provide valid FL driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Serves as a required member of the Interdisciplinary Team and may attend IDT meetings daily if the assigned OT is on vacation.

Coverage needs average 8 shifts per month (64 hours per month) including one weekend shift each month.

What You'll Need
