Job summary

Crossroads Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Director in Memphis. You will lead an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers, and chaplains, collaborating with the Program Director and Hospice Physician to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.

This role requires strong leadership, a passion for compassionate care, and a record of safeguarding clinical standards. Mon–Fri schedule with on-call, benefiting from a supportive growth environment and a robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience, including 1 year direct patient care in hospice/home health/oncology.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
• Able to manage terminal care with crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, and family counseling.
• Computer proficiency with EMR systems; CPR certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Champion comprehensive patient support and oversee patient services per hospice policies.
• Empower and lead an amazing team of clinicians to improve care.
• Conduct chart audits and ensure medical record compliance with regulations.
• Participate in orientation and in-service training for nursing and clinical staff.
• Evaluate and uplift staff performance during probation and annually.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to refine Care Plans and share insights.
