Must have own car to conduct site assessments.

Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.Responsibilities : The Hospice Nurse Liaison are responsible for coordinating applications through the admission review process. Coordinates and maintains referrer relationships with assigned institutions / agencies. Participates in development and marketing Calvary Hospital's Home Care and Hospice Services.
