Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Nurse to provide compassionate in-home care to patients facing life-limiting illness.

You will deliver direct nursing care, educate families, and coordinate with the Hospice IDG to address physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs, improving quality of life. This role offers opportunities for growth through tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, involvement in hospital Nursing Committees, and access to support for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• RN License in Pennsylvania or multi-state license via compact.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• BLS certification preferred; Hospice & Palliative Nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to hospice patients in home settings.
• Educate patients and families to manage symptoms and comfort.
• Coordinate care with the Hospice and Palliative Interdisciplinary Group (IDG).
• Participate in nursing committees, unit councils and ongoing education.
