Job summary
ACG Hospice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our hospice team in South Carolina. You will provide diagnosis, treatment, and palliative-focused care under physician supervision while supporting families with compassionate guidance.

Qualifications
- Heart to serve patients and families; passion for providing the best possible care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited masters, post masters, or doctoral nursing program with formal preparation as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Licensure: Current unencumbered APRN with NP designation, prescriptive authority, full DEA privileges, and national certification in NP specialty.
- Experience: 2 years in chronic disease management/long-term care; hospice/palliative background preferred.
- Required: Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 80-100 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnosis, treatment, and care under physician supervision with a focus on palliative care.
- Support families throughout the healthcare journey with compassion and clear communication.
- Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to foster quality patient experiences.
