Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Medical Social Worker (MSW) for a Hospice position delivering care to patients in their homes in the Saginaw area. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice.

• Master’s in Social Work from an accredited program.
• One to two years post-graduate social work experience in a health care setting.
• Must hold a license as a Medical Social Worker in the state you work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the workday driving to patient locations.

MSW Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work from graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work
• One (1) to two (2) years post graduate social work experience in a health care setting
• Must hold, in good standing, a license as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state in which you work
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
