Residential Home Health and Hospice in Lisle, IL, seeks a Massage Therapist to provide compassionate hospice massage and aromatherapy in patients' homes. You will travel within the assigned territory, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance comfort and quality of life for patients and families.

The role requires at least five years of massage experience, a driver’s license, and comfort working with geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of five years of therapeutic massage.
• Experience with geriatric population.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospice-focused, patient-centered massage to promote comfort and quality of life.
• Provide massage therapy and aromatherapy per hospice protocols to ease pain and improve comfort.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wellness and comfort-focused care.
• Work independently but collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
