Job summary

Nova Hospice in Houston is seeking a marketing professional to develop referral networks and promote home health services. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior care facilities to grow patient referrals and educate the community about our services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in healthcare marketing or sales, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in referral development, marketing, or sales in healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare decision makers to promote our home care services.
• Obtain referrals and ensure timely education and signing of consents for families and patients.
• Educate community, referral sources, patients, and families on home health services.
• Develop and maintain relationships within admissions and clinical teams for effective communication with referral customers.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow patient census.
• Represent Nova Hospice at community and business meetings to promote services.

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

• Must have and maintain reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
