Qualifications

• Must currently be licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State of California.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, including end-of-life care responsibilities.
• Document patient services accurately to reflect the plan of care.
• Assess patient and family education needs related to diagnosis and self-care.
