Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Oklahoma. You will implement the plan of care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a broader health team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a current RN license in Oklahoma, at least one year in home health or hospice, and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in the state where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care (POC).
