Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nurse to administer skilled nursing services in the Edmond, Oklahoma area. You will teach patients and families, work with the care team, and perform services per the physician’s orders and the established plan of care.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of nursing experience, a valid RN license, and basic technology skills including using a mobile device. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice (RN).
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
