Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- Community health/hospice experience preferred; will train the right candidate.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospice services and report identified needs to the interdisciplinary team.
- Manage pain/symptoms and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse.
