Job summary

A leading hospice care provider is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. In this role, you will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support to families during difficult times. The successful candidate will have an unrestricted LPN license in New Mexico, a minimum of one year of nursing experience, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Prior hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (home health, hospice, or acute care preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled hospice nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Educate patients and caregivers on comfort measures and medications.
