Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time day shift (8am–8pm) serving patients in Dayton and surrounding areas. The LPN will provide 1:1 bedside care to patients who are actively declining, under supervision of an RN, and may drive to patient homes or facilities.

The role requires an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. A criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Ohio with current license.
• Minimum one year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to drive and have valid driver's license.
• Pass criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 bedside care for patients who are actively declining.
• Care for patients in homes or facilities under RN supervision.
• Drive to patients in the Dayton/Springfield area as part of the role.
