Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to provide hands-on home health care while leveraging AI-assisted documentation to reduce paperwork and free up time for patient care.

Responsibilities include medication management, wound care, and health monitoring during visits; a valid LVN license is required in the employment state, with 1 year of relevant clinical experience. BLS is preferred within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Active and unencumbered LVN license in state(s) of employment required.
• 1 year experience in hospital, nursing home, home health, or terminally ill care.
• BLS certification preferred within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
