Providence at Home with Compassus in Seattle is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. You’ll provide hands-on patient care while using AI-supported tools to complete notes during visits.

This role emphasizes reducing documentation time, supporting compassionate care for patients and families, and maintaining high standards of safety. Prior experience in hospital, nursing home, home health, or with terminally ill patients is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or with terminally ill patients.
• Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment.
• Preferred within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Compensation range

$31.11-$47.59

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
