Compassus is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct skilled nursing services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Care under the direction of the RN Case Manager. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort, peace, and dignity in home or facility settings.
