Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care under the RN Case Manager and support patients and families in their home or hospice setting. You’ll implement the Plan of Care, monitor symptoms, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity.
