Ohio's Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Hospice IPU PCS for a full-time night shift in Franklin, OH. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care that enhances quality of life for patients and supports families during critical moments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, SNF certification preferred, and the ability to document care in EMR. Ohio driver’s license and background checks are required; training is available for CNAs or CHPNA certifications when

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide preferred, but internal training is offered.
• CHPNA certification preferred; Ohio's Hospice supports certification.
• Proficient computer skills to document patient care in EMR.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice care to patients and support families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Work FT night shifts (7pm–7:30am) with weekend/holiday rotation.
