Job summary

Ohio's Hospice, Inc. is hiring a PCS Hospice Care professional for a full-time day shift in Dayton, OH. The role includes direct patient care across facilities and homes within Centerville and surrounding areas, totaling 40 hours per week.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life, provide compassionate support to patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation and safe driving in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA certification with the State of Ohio preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred within two years of employment.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record.
• State minimum automobile insurance coverage.

What You Should Know About the PCS position:

This is a FT day shift position, 40 hours per week; this is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the Centerville OH and surrounding areas

As a Hospice PCS, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

• Certified Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio preferred
