Job summary

Community Health Network (CHN) in Lincoln, MA is seeking an experienced RN to join a 18-bed Hospice House, offering state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years acute care (Med-Surg/Telemetry/ER/CCU) and hospice experience is a plus; cross-training is available. Shifts are 7:00a.m.-3:30p.m. or 3:00p.m.-11:30p.m., full-time, Monday–Friday with every 4th weekend rotation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of current or recent acute care RN experience.
• Hospice experience a plus.
• Willing to cross-train into Hospice nursing.
• Day or Evening Shifts; full-time with every 4th weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice nursing care in a state-of-the-art Hospice House.
• Cross-train into Hospice nursing.
• Work day or evening shifts; full-time, 4th weekend rotation.
• Collaborate with a great team of caregivers.

Well established hospice agency has asked us to assist with a need for an experienced RN for a beautiful, state-of-the-art Hospice House in the Lincoln, MA area.




Great opportunity for an acute care RN with Med-Surg, Telemetry, ER, or Critical Care experience to move into the field of Hospice nursing. Willing to cross-train the right candidate. Hospice RN experience a plus!




18 beds, all private rooms and great teams to work with!



Day or Evening Shifts: 7:00a.m.-3:30 p.m. or 3:00p.m.-11:30p.m.,




Full-time positions-Monday-Friday, every 4th weekend rotation




Must have at least 2 years of current or recent acute care RN experience.

Prior or current Hospice experience a plus!
