Job summary

Calqulate is seeking a Hospice and Home Health Sales Liaison in Plano, TX. The role focuses on promoting our hospice and home health services by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources.

Qualifications

• Local with established referral sources.
• 2+ years of Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hospice or Home Health programs by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
