Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, coordinating education for patients and families, initiating care plans, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. The posted wage range is $48.21–$87.11 per hour with a bonus opportunity up to $10,000 for new hires.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN license in WA.
• Current WA RN license and BLS by date of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care.
• Assesses nursing needs of patients (including home health).
• Coordinates patient and family education.
• Initiates start of care through admission process.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care with the team.
• Communicates changes to team and physician.
• Advocates for patients and families.
