Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Home Health RN to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes. You will build meaningful connections with patients and families, ensuring comfort and dignity while delivering clinically sound nursing care.

You’ll visit patients in private residences or care facilities, typically 4-6 visits per day, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and exercise autonomy at the bedside to guide care decisions with compassion.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license and at least two years of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes and facilities.
• Ability to work in a hospice/home-health setting and maintain professionalism.
