Touchstone Health Hospice is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care for hospice patients in their homes in San Antonio. You will support activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and offer a steady, personal presence to maintain dignity and comfort at a meaningful life transition.

Competenze

• Current certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of Texas
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience preferred; hospice experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance for home visits

About the Role

As a Certified Nurse Assistant with Touchstone Health's Hospice team in San Antonio, you'll provide hands-on, compassionate care to hospice patients in the comfort of their own homes. You'll support activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and offer the kind of steady, personal presence that helps patients maintain dignity and comfort at one of life's most meaningful stages. This role is a natural fit for someone who wants to build real relationships with the patients and families they care for, not just check tasks off a list.

Key Responsibilities
