Job summary

Seasons Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home or facility-based care, assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and offer emotional support to patients and families during difficult moments.

You will help with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and documentation, accompany patients to appointments, and contribute to a respectful, dignified end-of-life experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Change linens, wash laundry, clean living areas, and maintain a safe environment.
• Measure and report vital signs, intake & output, and observe/report health changes.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and patient positioning.
• Administer basic treatments as directed by nurses or physicians.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments or errands as needed.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
• Assist with post-mortem care as needed in hospice settings.
