Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for hospice and home care assignments across the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts. Earn $25 per hour with guaranteed 40 hours weekly on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Join a family-oriented, 14-week contract that may extend based on performance and needs. Travel to client homes is required, with benefits including health coverage and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA or CNA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday.
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Merrimack Valley area.
• Dependability, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, comfort, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals according to client dietary needs.
• Provide reminders for medications that have already been prepared.
• Support patients and families with dignity during end-of-life care.
• Follow the care plan and promptly report changes or concerns to the appropriate team member.
