Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Caregiver (HHA/CNA) in Middlesex, MA.

This full-time role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, at $25.00 per hour, with travel-based independence and meaningful hospice/homecare assignments. You will provide hands-on care to hospice patients at home, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA or CNA certification.
• Driver's license + reliable vehicle (this is a must).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• A calm, compassionate, and dependable presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying up).
• Meal prep based on dietary needs.
• Medication reminders (pre-set only).
• Transportation to appointments or errands.
• Support families during sensitive end-of-life care.
• Respond calmly and responsibly in urgent situations.
