Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Compassionate, dependable and respectful attitude.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing excellent care to clients.

Responsibilities

• Help seniors maintain independence and stay safely in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean home.
• Run errands including grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with daily activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
